Instructions
Step 1
Dice peaches and tomatoes. Finely dice red onion. Chiffonade basil.
Step 2
Add into to bowl with olive oil, balsamic, lemon zest and juice, sumac, salt and pepper. Grate in the garlic.
Step 3
Stir the honey and chilli flakes through the ricotta. Optionally, whip in a food processor for a smooth texture.
Step 4
Serve with warm fresh crusty bread.
