Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, Mix the ingredients for the sauce
Step 2
Put in the riblets and marinated with the sauce
Step 3
Allow to sit in the marinate for at least 1 hour. The longer the tastier it will be

Cooking

Step 4
Put the marinated riblets into the Ninja Foodi. Turn it on to Pressure cook at High. Cook for 15 min under pressure. There should be sufficient liquid in the marinate to Pressure cook. Avoid adding too much additional water
Step 5
Quick release once done. Add in the daikon, carrots and onion. Add the thick parts of the scallion. Pressure cook at High for 5 mins under pressure
Step 6
Slow release once done. Add the green parts of the scallion. Turn to Saute and Boil down the sauce to taste
