Instructions
Step 1
saute ginger and garlic with the butter until butter is just melted
Step 2
add the chicken (cut into bite sized pieces)
Step 3
add in all of the spices/ seasonings
Step 4
saute then let cook until chicken is almost done
Step 5
add in the tomato puree and the evaporated milk and reduce heat to low, simmer until chicken reaches 165 degrees F
Step 6
serve over white rice and/or with naan
