Instructions
Step 1
Boil dashi pack w 500-600ml water for 5-8 mins
Step 2
Use 170ml dashi water to soak 3/4cup of rice with 1 tbp mirin and sake each for 30 mins
Step 3
Heat up lard oil and sauté white onion for afew mins then add in mushroom add salt n pepper
Step 4
Add dashi Liquid bring to a boil add in rice then lower to simmer covered for 12 mins and off heat covered for 10 mins
Step 5
Garnish w abit of pork lard mixed and pickled onions and salt
