Instructions

Step 1
Prep Remove salmon from the fridge. Pat dry, season and place on a wire rack to dry out. Measure out your Orzo and boil a kettle for your stock. Cut your leek into rounds. Dice the garlic.
Step 2
Fry off your leak and garlic in some heated butter. Once coloured, add your Orzo to soak up some of the juices.
Step 3
Add your chicken stock and gently bubble away for around 14 minutes.
Step 4
Put your salmon in the air fryer at 200°c for 12 minutes.
Step 5
When your orzo is fully cooked, add a splash of lemon juice. Some chopped dill and stir through your pesto and pecorino.
Step 6
Once everything is cooked, plate up your orzo. Top with sour cream and your salmon. Eat.
