Step 1
1. Boil 200g dried pasta until al dente
2. Chop all veg as needed 3. Drain pasta
4. Add veg to pasta and one tablespoon passata and one tin of tomatoes
5. Season to taste with salt and pepper 6. Pour into oven proof dish
7. Grate 150g cheese (mature cheddar is recommended) and sprinkle on top.
8. Place in centre of oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes until cheese golden brown and crispy.
