Instructions

Step 1
Hoisin sauce: mix all ingredients together in a bowl or jar and set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Saute shallot until lightly browned.
Step 3
Add turkey and break up with spatula while cooking until cooked through.
Step 4
Stir in chopped toasted walnuts and hoisin sauce (and optionally brown rice, about 3 cups cooked from 1 cup raw).
Step 5
Spoon into lettuce leaves to eat as a wrap.
