Instructions

Sauce

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a small container.

Making up the burgers

Step 2
Press the meat on top of the tortillas (make it thin so it doesn't spread out).
Step 3
Cook the tortillas/meat.
Step 4
In the meantime, slice the vegetables.
Step 5
Once the tortillas are on the side up with meat, spread the sauce on one half, the cheese and vegetables on the other half.
Step 6
Cut the tortillas in half, fold back (like a calzone). For serving, cut again in half. Voilà!
