Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 185 Celsius. Upper and lower heat.
Step 2
Chop up the onion, spinach, parsley, and feta. Mix it together. You can choose if you want the filling to be chunky or like a paste.
Step 3
Spread out a sheet of filo dough on a damp cloth. Coat the sheet with a thin layer of olive oil.
Step 4
Add 4 table spoons of filling on the short end of the sheet. Allow 10cm of space on each side to be able to fold in the sides. That will prevent the filling from pouring out.
Step 5
Roll upp the filling into the sheet like a 'cigar' and the coat the roll with some olive oil before putting it on its baking sheet.
Step 6
Put the bureks into the oven for about 20-30 minutes. Then have them cool off slightly before eating.
