Instructions
Step 1
Boil pasta and corn in one pot. Add salt and oil
Step 2
Peel and chop garlic (5-6 cloves), bell peppers and any other veggies
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic
Step 4
Let it brown on med- high heat and add veggies
Step 5
Drain pasta water and take corn off the cob
Step 6
Take sauted garlic and veggies out of the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add butter and let it melt.
Step 7
Add equal part flour and mix well. Should form a non-lumly, slightly runny mix
Step 8
Turn up heat to high and add two parts milk while stirring continuously. The sauce should thicken and there should be no lumps. Add milk if too thick
Step 9
Add salt and pepper (and Chilli flakes if you want) and mix well. Grate a desired amound of cheese into the sauce. Then add the corn, sauted vegetables while mixing well to combine
Step 10
Finally add the pasta and mix well. The end!
