Instructions
Step 1
Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl or measuring cup
Step 2
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 3
Lightly oil griddle or pan and heat to 350°f (medium heat)
Step 4
Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Stir until just combined. Lumps are ok.
Step 5
Optional add fruit such as blueberries or bananas to batter. Stir just until combined
Step 6
Pour batter onto hot griddle. about 1/4c per pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top of pancakes and edges look dry. Then flip and cook other side for a minute or two.
Step 7
Serve hot
