Instructions

Step 1
Cook 1 cup of rice and set aside for it to cool.
Step 2
Heat oil in a wok. Add eggs, pepper powder and salt. Scramble the eggs until cooked. Set aside.
Step 3
Add more oil if required to the wok and heat it. Add the diced bacon, crushed pepper and salt. Saute until cooked
Step 4
Add the veggies to the cooked bacon and saute on high flame. (Don't overcook. Veggies are best if they're a bit crispy.)
Step 5
Add Soy Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Tomato Sauce and pepper. Saute and mix well.
Step 6
Add the scrambled eggs and mix well
Step 7
Add cooked rice and mix well. NB : be careful not to grind the rice while mixing.
Step 8
Add salt if required.
Step 9
Garnish with some Spring Onion
