Once oatmeal is cooled break in a banana then add ground almonds peanut butter or nut butter of choice ( tahini if you can’t do nuts ) sunflower seeds maple syrup and cinnamon and mash and mix together until combined

Add the rolled oats and stir to combine then spread into a small lined baking dish or silicone dish and add chopped walnuts on top. Bake at 190 c 380 for for 20-25 minutes or until golden then let to cool and slice into 10 bars . Store in the fridge in a clean airtight container for 3-5 days .
