Instructions

Step 1
Heat Avocado oil in a frying pan on medium

Add fennel seeds and stir for 10 seconds

Add thinly sliced onions, chopped green chilie, & half of fresh curry leaves

Once onion is transparent (approx 10 mins) add chopped tomato & salt to taste

Once tomatos are mushy add eggs, fennel powder, black pepper, & garam masala
