2 Tbspcream cheese spread with garden vegetables
1fajita flour tortilla
8-inch, or taco-size
> 1 large egg

Instructions

Step 1
Microwave the bacon according to package directions. Let cool briefly, then crumble into pieces. Spread the cream cheese all over the tortilla. In a small bowl, whisk the egg. Season with salt and pepper.

2 Coat a small or medium nonstick skillet thoroughly with the cooking spray and heat on medium. Add beaten egg and bacon and, using a spatula, stir 15–30 sec. Place tortilla, cream cheese–side down, on top of egg, pressing so tortilla sticks to egg.
Step 3
3 Cook 30 sec. more, until egg is set on the bottom. Using spatula, flip tortilla onto a plate. Roll tortilla up tightly and cut in half to serve.
