This super easy grab and cook traybake combines all the likely components of a falafel. It is so delicious and a great midweek meal that willgo down a treat with the whole family!

Instructions
Before Freezing
Step 1
Add all the ingredients apart from the halloumi to a large labelled freezer bag and mix. Add the halloumi slices to a smaller bag, slot inside and freeze flat.
When cooking
Step 2
Remove from the freezer and allow to fully defrost. Once defrosted, preheat the oven to 180oc. Pour everything onto a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, give everything a good mix and then place the halloumi slices on top with a drizzle of olive oil and place back into the oven for 15 minutes.
