chopped, marinated drained

3 Tbspextra-virgin olive oil

2 Tbspfinely grated parmesan cheese

2 tablespoonscoconut vinegar

1 teaspoondry mustard powder
or Dijon mustard

½ teaspoonsalt

½ teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Step 1
In a large serving bowl, combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper to taste; whisk until well blended.
Step 2
Combine lettuce, salami, mozzarella, and beans in the bowl. Toss with vinaigrette to coat well.
