Preheat the oven to 180°C

Mix the bulgar wheat and veg stock in a roasting tin

Top with roughly sliced red onion and diced halloumi
Step 4
Transfer tray to oven and roast for 25 minutes

Mix the olive oil, lime juice and a good amount of ground black pepper

Pour the oil mixture onto the roasting tin meal once out of the oven. Add the chopped coriander, mango spinach.
