I’ve made a lot of pancake from scratch recipes, but I’m going to have to say this is by far the best I’ve ever made!

Recipe-
Dry ingredients:
1 1/2 cups AP flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 TBSP sugar
Wet ingredients:
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter
1 1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract (I use the Molina Mexican vanilla that you can find at most grocery store in the Hispanic food section)

Instructions
Step 1
Add dry ingredients into a bowl and mix.
Step 2
Add milk, egg and vanilla into another small bowl and combine.
Step 3
Melt your butter in a small container and set aside.
Step 4
Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the ingredients to it. Mix thoroughly until all the clumps are incorporated.
Step 5
Now you will add the butter to your batter and stir quickly to incorporate. Let your mixture sit for a few minutes until you are ready to use.
Step 6
You can cook these in a pan, griddle or blackstone. I find that making these on a blackstone or electric griddle at a low temperature has given me the best results!
