Lamb Chop Ingredients
1rack of lamb chops
trim the fat and cut into 8 lollipops
1 teaspoonHimalayan salt
1 teaspoonthyme
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoonblack pepper
1 teaspoonpaprika
1 teaspoononion powder
1 tablespoondark soy sauce
or light
1 tablespoonolive oil
Asparagus
Instructions
Step 1
1. Wash, trim and cut into lollipops, place them in a large bowl and season with seasonings and oil. Let marinate for 1 hour.
Step 2
2. Grill on a high heat grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Step 3
3. Preheat the oven for the asparagus 400° F.
Step 4
4. Trim the asparagus, place in a bowl, add in the olive oil and the seasonings.
Step 5
5. Transfer to a sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 15 minutes.
