Instructions

Step 1
Put butter in your pot on high heat. Add your veggies to brown them a little.

Step 2
Add chicken stock. Make sure to cover the veggies with the stock. Add black pepper, salt and a bit of chicken spice.

Add the blended sweet potato to the boiling veggies .

Add to blender once you've reached the right tenderness.

After blending, in a clean pot, melt a spoon of butter. Add the blended soup and stir until all the butter melts and combines with the soup.
