Budda bowl

This is a staple in our house, we've made it so many times I've lost count. We season the veggies differently every time, and it works amazing with any veg. The sauce needs extra coriander and tastes strange on its own - but combined with the sweet potato and hummus?? It's heavenly, I promise.
