Instructions
Step 1
Season shrimp with old bay, lemon pepper, and paprika
Step 2
Boil pasta in salted water to al dente per package directions
Step 3
Add 1 tbs butter and the olive oil to a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Remove shrimp and set aside
Step 5
To the same pan, add 4 tsp of butter, 7-8 cloves of mince garlic and cook for about a minute
Step 6
Add pasta water, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes then stir
Step 7
Turn heat down to low. Add in cooked pasta and grated parmesan then mix till combined and cheese is melted
Step 8
Add shrimp and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste
