Instructions

Step 1
Mix together the honey, soy sauce and galric to make the marinade.

Cook rice according to packet instructions

Season chicken with salt and pepper and add the marinade over the chicken, coating the chicken.

Step 4
Heat a non-stick frypan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and pan-fry for 5-8 minutes or until cooked through and crispy and golden on the outside.
Step 5
Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
Step 6
Add the broccolini and capsicum and saute for 5 minutes or until softened to your liking.
