Chicken Salad With Honey Vinaigrette

Instructions

Step 1
Combine chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Step 2
Heat a frypan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-10 minutes each side or until cooked through. Set aside and dice when cooled.
Step 3
Combine lettuce, black beans, capsicum, cherry tomatoes, spring onion and avocado to make the salad.
Step 4
Combine all the dressing ingredients together.
Step 5
To serve, drizzle salad with dressing and top with chicken. Divide into two serves and store leftovers in the fridge. For freshness, add dressing each day.
