Step 1
Prepare noodles as per packet and set aside
Step 2

Heat oil in a wok over low heat and stir in jar of laksa paste until fragrant
Step 3
Add chicken and stir-fry until nearly cooked
Step 4
Add full can of coconut milk, add the same can filled with chicken or vegetable stock and add full can of milk. Bring to the boil.
Step 5
Add broccoli once boiled and cook a further 7-10 minutes.
Step 6
Add fresh prawns about 5mins from the end.
Step 7
2 mins from the end add the noodles.
