Instructions

Step 1
Add olive oil to the Ninja Foodi Pro cooker or frying pan and heat the device. When the olive oil is hot, sauté the pork loin, adding onion and garlic halfway through the process and stirring.

For the Sauce

Step 2
Mix the ingredients in a bowl or blender and stir Honey, Teriyaki, and Brown Sugar. Then, add the Honey/Teriyaki sauce to the Ninja Food or Slow Cooker pot with the seared pork and stir it around.

Vegetables

Step 3
Add the Vegetables to the Ninja Foodi or Slow Cooker and Mix them around so all the pork and veggies are covered in the Honey/Teriyaki sauce. You can substitute fresh vegetables for canned or frozen ones to make it quicker.

Step 4
Now that all the ingredients are mixed in the Slow Cooker or Ninja Foodi Possible crockpot set the slow cooker to High. Use a Thermometer and make sure pork is cooked to 145 Degrees.

After the Pork Tenderloin is cooked about 4 hours when the pork temperature is 145 degrees allow it to sit and cool on keep warm until ready to eat. You can serve it either as pulled pork for sandwiches or leave whole and cut slices.
