Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190C/ 375F. Unroll the pie crust and fit it into a tart pan of around 9”.

2. Cook the bacon in a medium sized pan over medium-low heat until crispy and golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3. Add the butternut and some salt in the pan with some oil. Cook over medium heat for 7-9 mins stirring occasionally, until tender. Remove from the pan and set aside.

4. Add the spinach and sauté until wilted. Add the spinach to the bowl the butternut.
Step 5
5. Place everything in the tart pan on top of the pie crust.
Step 6
6. Combine eggs, cream and the cheese together with salt and pepper, whisk it together and pour on top of the filling.
Step 7
7. Bake the quiche for 25-30 mins or until the top is lightly golden and the filling is set. Let cool for 10 mins before removing from the tart pan.
