Instructions
Step 1
Boil pasta just short of al dente
Step 2
Drain and reserve 200ml pasta water
Step 3
Cook down shallot and garlic until tender
Step 4
Add chopped up peppers, cook about 5 minutes
Step 5
Blend everything until smooth, add back to pan
Step 6
Stir in cream, add in pasta and butter. Toss and adjust salt and pepper
