This is my take on beef stroganoff.

Instructions
Step 1
Fry beef in a smoking hot skillet for a maximum of 30 SECONDS; remove beef from the pan, and set aside.


Step 2
Fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Add the green peppers, mushrooms, pepper, and salt to taste. Add the sour cream and beef stock and simmer for 10 minutes.







Step 3
Add the beef back in and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Thicken the gravy with the corn starch if needed


Step 4
Serve with cooked white or brown rice
