Instructions
Step 1
Soak 45g black lentils for at least 30 minutes, then boil for 15-20 minutes. Place on the bottom of your dish/container

Steam 250g broccoli for 15 minutes.

Steam 150g of cauliflower for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Steam 50g of any mushroom for 5 minutes
Step 5
With one of the above, steam one clove of garlic and 3g of fresh ginger.

In a blender, blend:

Cooked cauliflower

Cooked garlic
Step 10
Cooked ginger

Cooked mushrooms

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp cumin

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp turmeric

1/2 lime

1/2 kiwi fruit
Step 19
Pour the blended result over the cooked lentils.
Step 20
Spread 1 tbsp of hemp seeds over the dish.
