Prep
Step 1
Slice onion through middle and chop into eight parts

Peel ginger, crush and chop into medium-small slices

Slice salmon
Step 4
Chop ends of string beans off

Slice off leaves of lettuce
Cooking

water into big pot and bring to boil on high heat. Lower heat if needed

Add ginger and onion. Add salt and close lid

Once you can smell the onion from the pot, add salmon one by one. Close lid and bring to boil

Add vegetables. Add the ones that take the longest to cook first:
String beans
Lettuce - cooks quickly, so you should do the next step before adding this

Add the sinigang seasoning mix (~3ml?) and adjust to liking (also add salt as you see fit)
