Step 1
Add beans, tomatoes, corn, enchilada sauce, chicken broth, taco seasoning and onion to 4 or 5 qt soup pot. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Brown and crumble ground beef in a large skillet until thoroughly cooked. Drain grease. Add beef to soup pot.
Step 3
Cover with lid and cook on low heat for an hour or until onions are tender.
Step 4
Serve soup with tortilla chips, shredded cheese, sour cream, etc.
Step 5
If you prefer more heat you can use spicy taco seasoning or add some chili pepper.
