Instructions

Step 1
Press tofu to remove excess water. Marinate in olive oil, lemon zest, juice, thyme, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear tofu steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
Step 3
Steam broccoli in a pot with boiling water for 5 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Serve tofu with broccoli on the side.
