20 ozChicken Breast

1 tsponion powder
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspchili powder
½ tspcumin
¼ tspcayenne
8 ozpasta
1red onion
finely chopped
½ cupcilantro
finely chopped
10 ozfrozen corn
¼ ccotija cheese
¾ clight sour cream
¾ clight mayo
1 tsponion powder
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspchili powder
½ tspcumin
1 tsptajin
1juice of lime
1 drizzlehoney
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken with the seasonings listed before "pasta"
Step 2
Drizzle with olive oil and cook in pan on medium heat for 5 minutes per side
Step 3
Add the corn to the same pan you cooked the chicken in
Step 4
Chop the cooked chicken, onion and cilantro while you boil the pasta
Step 5
Add the mayo, sour cream, like juice, and seasonings with drizzle of honey to a blender
Step 6
Add everything to a large bowl and mix
Step 7
Top with additional tajin and the cojita
