Step 1
Saute vegetables in 1 tbsp of avocado oil to get them tender. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients including the cooled vegetables. Mix to a consistency that is moldable for patties. In the other 2 tbsps of oil, fry on each side for 2-3 minutes and your patties are ready!
