Spicy Chicken Wraps

Very simple, but absolutely delicious, these are ideal for meal prep, packed lunches or as a quick dinnertime option for the family. They can be served hot or cold.

Instructions

Step 1
1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken breast with half the oil and all the remaining ingredients, then season well and mix until combined.

2. In a separate small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the spicy yoghurt.
Step 3
3. Heat the remaining olive oil in a large, non-stick frying pan over a high heat and add the chicken. Cook for 5–10 minutes, stirring regularly, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
Step 4
4. Build your wraps using the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber, followed by the spicy chicken and sauce. Wrap in cling film or tin foil and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
