Instructions

Step 1
Prep egg wash (w/milk) and a separate bowl for the seasoned bread crumbs. *This recipe excludes the flour*
Step 2
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Optional: Pound the chicken to get an even thickness throughout
Step 3
Dip the chicken in the egg wash with one hand. With dry hands dip the chicken in the breadcrumbs and press.
Step 4
On medium heat, place the chicken in the oil to shallow fry. Cook for 3 mins on each side or until golden brown and throughly cooked.
Step 5
Place chicken on a wire rack to drain the excess oil. Serve with a bed of arugula salad. *Best eaten hot! Enjoy!
