Instructions
Step 1
Add rolled oats, milk, banana and cinnamon to a small pot and heat on low, stirring occasionally
Step 2
Meanwhile, immediately put the chia seeds in a small spare container add an equal amount of water and stir. If berries are frozen put them in a small container on the counter to thaw

When oatmeal is ready, put in a bowl
Step 4
Stir the chia seeds and add a little more water, the same amount as before, then stir again
Step 5
Put a dusting of flax seed meal over the oatmeal, (optional: add a little more cinnamon),

Put the berries on the side of the bowl
Step 7
Put the sunflower seeds and pepitas next to it
Step 8
Mix the chia seeds one final time, and put the chia seeds next to the sunflower and pepita seeds
Step 9
Then put the small dollop of peanut butter on top in the centre! Done!
