400gbroccoli

200gcapsicum

200gmushrooms

1 Tbspsesame oil

Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare sauce: Mix tamari, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornflour, ginger, garlic, and water in a bowl. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a large wok or non-stick pan. Cook the chicken or turkey slices until fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, add a splash of water or another tsp of sesame oil.
Step 4
Stir fry the broccoli, capsicum, mushrooms, and carrots for 5 minutes until tender but crisp.
Step 5
Return the cooked chicken/turkey to the pan along with the noodles.
Step 6
Pour the sauce over the mixture and toss everything well.
Step 7
Let the sauce thicken for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
