Instructions
Step 1
1: grind the soaked rice to a paste, but drain the water.
Step 2
2: in a large pot add milk, grinned rice, condensed milk, khoya (leave a little for garnishing) keep stirring on high flame and wait for a boil, then cook on low to medium flame till starts to get thick, keep stirring.
Step 3
3: mix the custard in 1 cup milk.
Step 4
4: when the milk starts to get thick add the custard mixture and cook further till it gets thick.
Step 5
5: close the flame add the kewra water mix well.
Step 6
6: garnish it with gulab jamun, remaining khoya, almonds, pistachio.
Step 7
7: serve hot or cold.
