Instructions

Put some oil in a heavy based skillet or big pot and turn on to medium heat

Fry the red onion for a few minutes

Mince in the garlic

Fry until aromatic

Add carrots and gently fry them for about ten minutes

Add the beef raise the heat and cook for another ten minutes

Add in the passata and taco spice and cook for another ten minutes
