Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat mustard oil in anodized kadai and let it smoke out. Then add diced potatoes and let it cook. Add some salt for to speed up the cooking process.
Step 2
Now cover the potatoes after 7mins. After the potatoes are half cooked. Add all the spices and cut bhindi. Don't cover the wok now till 20minutes. You can keep stirring. Don't stir too much. As bhindi can break
Step 3
Now add salt and cover the wok. Keep checking bhindi. Cook all this in low heat.
