Instructions

Step 1
Soak beans overnight.
Step 2
Clean and dice veggies, carrots can be shredded.
Step 3
Fry the onions until they’re soft, add garlic and carrot and the smoked meat and sausages (if using).
Step 4
Add the beans and bay leaves and cover with water.
Step 5
Once beans are cooked, in a separate pot, warm up oil and add flour and smoked paprika until it forms a paste, and then add it to the beans.
Step 6
Cook for 10 more mins and add salt, pepper, paprika as needed.
