Instructions

Step 1
Boil the pasta in salted water
Step 2
Heat up the oil. Add chopped parsley root
Step 3
Add the chopped leek to the parsley root
Step 4
Add the chopped garlic. You can also add chili flakes
Step 5
Mix chopped tarragon with lemon zest, capers and (optional) olive oil. Add it to the pasta when cooked
Step 6
Stop heat on parsley and leek mix. Add chopped lettuce
Step 7
Mix the pasta with the veggies and the salmon. Sprinkle the lemon juice on top
