Instructions
Step 1
1. Boil smashed lemongrass, smashed/sliced galanga, garlic or red onions, and bai ma grood in approximately 2 cups of water. Cover & Boil until the smell comes out.



Step 2
Add soy sauce and chilis and taste. Turn up heat to boil


Step 3
Add shrimp. Don’t stir. Cover for 2-3 mins

Step 4
Turn off down heat add mushrooms and tomatoes


Step 5
Take off heat. Add lime and cilantro
