¼ cupbeef broth

1 Tbsprice vinegar

½ tspginger
grated

1 Tbspcornstarch

1 Tbspwater

Instructions

Step 1
Slice thin, toss with seasonings, set aside
Beef
Step 2
-Coat sliced beef with cornstarch, salt & pepper
Step 3
-Sear in hot wok: 45s first side, 30s second (work in batches)
Sauce
Step 4
-Bring all ingredients to a gentle simmer
Step 5
-Add cornstarch slurry and stir until until thick
Step 6
Serve with white rice
