This is my go-to recipe whenever I feel like a restaurant quality perfectly cooked juicy steak, paired with my favourite red wine, and served with sides of with asparagus and miso garlic beans. Using the cold sear method yields a gorgeous crust and tender steak. Dinner can be served in 30 minutes.
