Southwest Style seasoning

Jasmine Rice

Avocado slices
cilantro
Chopped
Corn & black bean salsa
1 cupyellow corn
strained and rinsed
1 cupblack beans
strained and rinsed
0.5red onion
finely diced
1jalapeño
finely diced
½ cuptomatoes
finely diced
½ cupcilantro
fresh chopped
2 Tbspgarlic
fresh minced
1lime
Juice of
salt
to taste
Creamy chipotle sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the corn and black bean salsa by combining all of the ingredients above
Step 2
Place in fridge till ready to serve.
Step 3
Prepare the creamy sweet chipotle sauce by combining all of the ingredients above.
Step 4
Place in fridge till ready to serve.
Step 5
Cut steak into cubes then add to a large bowl. Drizzle in avocado oil and season heavy. Mix till welll combined.
Step 6
Cook the steak in large greased skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes.
Step 7
Mix every few minutes until done to your liking.
Step 8
Assemble your bowl & ENJOY!
