Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix chicken with yogurt, 1 tsp MDH masala, 1 tsp lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.

Let it marinate for 30 mins (or overnight in the fridge for better flavor).

Heat 1 tbsp ghee (or oil) in a large pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and cardamom podsβ€”let them sizzle for 30 sec.
